如何增加體內的氫?
有多種可用的方法給氫,最常見的是在水中溶解氫分子片。水是氫的載體,攝入后5到15分鐘內,氫的濃度 就會增加。由于其體積小,氫分子可以很容易地穿透和擴散細胞膜,使其具有高度的生物利用性。最初激活體內細胞的氫的峰值或峰值可能只持續不到一小時,但氫的保護作用會持續一段時間。根據給藥的意圖和時間長短,還有其他的氫調節方法。
增加體內氫含量的方法包括:
喝氫水。
吸氫氣。
洗氫水澡。
高壓氫吸入。
靜脈注射富氫生理鹽水。
增加腸道細菌的產氫量。
例如姜黃已被證明可以增加腸道細菌的產氫量。
氫氣體積很小,但在幾乎每一個生命分子的能量生產和生命中都扮演著重要的角色。盡管科學家們繼續就氫分子對我們健康的長期影響進行更多研究,但已經完成的關于氫分子的重大研究表明,氫分子對我們的健康和壽命是多么有益。
